India to Increase Access to Arunachal Pradesh
One of my fondest travel memories is of India. India really is one of the craziest places I have ever been. Of course, my trip there was very focused so one day I’d like to get back and explore in more detail the mysteries of this strange land.
Arunachal Pradesh resembles Kashmir in that another government has claims to it as well. It is the easternmost state in India and shares borders with Burma, Bhutan and Tibet.
- Previously, visitors had to limit their stay to 10 days. This has been increased to one month.
- Visitors can now travel in groups of two, rather than the old rule of four people per group
This is exciting news for India, Arunachal Pradesh, and travelers like you who want to experience something like you’ve never seen before.
Do you suppose that India’s thumbing of its nose at China is at all politically motivated and timed strategically close to the Olympics?

That place must be up high in the mountains…lots of snow huh? Anymore photos?
appreciate the comments…yeah, lots of snow, more than I had ever seen before.
Bandwidth here is kind of an issue…especially sending….so I probably won’t be posting many more pictures anytime soon.
Arunanchal Pradesh is great undiscovered place to visit. I am planning to visit there next year.
